Can I put a computer and WebTV on the same phone line?

You can put as many telephone devices on one phone line as you want - phones, answering machines, faxes, WebTVs and computers. Only one can use the phone line at a time, though.

You probably will want a separate phone line for a computer, though. A WebTV usually shares a phone line nicely, disconnecting to let voice calls come through. (You have to have call waiting, and your local phone company has to use the most common call waiting equipment. It doesn't work right with oddball call waiting signals.)
